Welcome to Wooplak.com (“Site”), operated by Wooplak LLC. By using this Site and its services, including custom photo plaques, wall collages, personalized products, gift cards, and related features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, product descriptions, materials, sizes, colors, layouts, and availability may change without notice. Payment in full is due at the time of order using the payment methods available on the Site.

Custom & Personalized Products

Each Wooplak product is custom-made based on the photos, layouts, sizes, materials, colors, and other selections you provide or approve. Please carefully review your photos, cropping, positioning, spelling, layout, and other customization choices before submitting or approving your order. Production may begin after payment or final approval.

Shipping

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when applicable. Orders ship with tracking when available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Wooplak LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Damaged Orders

Because every Wooplak product is custom-made, orders generally cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, customer error, or dissatisfaction with an option selected or approved by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error caused by Wooplak, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. When appropriate, Wooplak may repair, replace, reproduce, or refund the affected item.

Installation & Wall Surfaces

Wooplak products may include templates, adhesive materials, hook-and-loop fasteners, or other mounting components designed to simplify installation. Wall surfaces, paints, finishes, textures, environmental conditions, installation methods, and removal methods vary. Wooplak does not guarantee that installation or removal will be completely damage-free on every surface. Customers are responsible for determining whether their wall or mounting surface is appropriate and for following all installation and removal instructions.

User-Provided Content

When you upload photographs, images, text, designs, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that you own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce it. You grant Wooplak LLC a limited, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, crop, modify, and process your User Content as necessary to create, fulfill, display, and support your order and operate the Site.

You may not upload content that violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, layouts, images, videos, software, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Wooplak LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use Wooplak content without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, upload viruses or harmful code, attempt to bypass security or interfere with Site operations, upload content you do not have the right to use, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person or organization.

Product Appearance

Colors and product appearance shown on screens may differ from the finished product because of differences in displays, printing, materials, lighting, image quality, and manufacturing processes. Minor variations in color, dimensions, positioning, texture, or finish that are normal for custom-manufactured products are not considered defects.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Wooplak LLC disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wooplak LLC and its affiliates, members, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, products, installation materials, or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wooplak LLC and its affiliates, members, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of another party’s rights through content you provide.

Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
